Who is Vinnie the bunny? He is a Netherland Dwarf, a famous rabbit breed which is known to live 8 years long. Vinnie has American owners who adopted him and named hi after the former Texas Longhorns American football quarterback Vince Young.
Recently, Vinnie the Bunny has broken records and has gone viral all over the internet. This bunny is super famous for its balancing act. This rabbit known to be very patient in nature got famous when his parent started posting pictures and videos of him balancing a variety of different things with different textures on his head. Once his pictures started gaining a huge fan base and popularity on Tumblr, the bunny parent went ahead to start blogging about Vinnie. He made a Twitter account named ‘Stuff On My Rabbit’ in July 2018. Pictures of Vinnie the bunny posing in a balancing state with several objects like ice cream cones, rubber ducks, bananas and a lot more-the bunny now has over 300k followers on Twitter alone. A unique photography project has been started in association with Tumblr where the bunny parent has her pet modeling away to glory. When asked on how they came up with such a fun concept, the owner said that one fine day while petting Vinnie, they just happened to balance a pen on his head which he patiently balanced for over 10 seconds after which he moved. They recorded this particular incident which went viral among their friends and family circuit, giving them an idea to blog about it ultimately. According to them, the trick to get Vinnie balancing objects is to pet him for a while until he is calm and stable, and then place the object on his head post which he won’t move for a couple of seconds. Good enough to get a shot!
Vinnie not only balances lighter objects like nail polish, pen, cookies and chocolate but is also famous for balancing heavy objects like a Rubik’s cube, metal pans, mini hampers and a lot more. Not only used for advertising a wide variety of products in a catchy way, but Vinnie is also in demand with his fans asking for his miniatures, cards, and calendars. Cutest thing we have come across the internet, isn’t it!?
