We recently attended a short web course on holistic health and happiness. The take away from the course were these 8 most important parameters that we need to balance- for a happy and content life. We are pleased to share these in a gist with our readers.

  1. Good food, good workouts, and external appearance – If junk food can kill you, good food can heal you. Healthy foods and regular exercising not only change your hormones for the better, reduce inflammation in the body and speeding up the metabolism but also uplifts your mood and makes one feel more active to achieve life goals overall.

    Balancing this parameter in life in a way that it is not too much and not even too less is the trick to effortlessly meet your goals and pay tribute to the body you live in. When we talk about bringing a balance in our external appearance, we mean to bring focus on the grooming standards in order to elevate your confidence levels.

  2. Knowledge and skill-building – A growth-oriented life is always an enriching one. Investing time, money and energy in developing your talents and skills and also, to stay updated and gain knowledge that is relevant to you is really important to be able to succeed.
